Our idea of catering starts from the respect of the gastronomic traditions that have now become a heritage of our culture and from the respect of a disciplinary that requires us to select the best national and international products without neglecting the km0 excellence of our region.

To ensure maximum healthiness and the original taste, we preserve each one according to its own characteristics with a scrupulous cold cycle.

For our Pizzas we use selected Italian wheat flours processed by mills that guarantee constant control of the healthiness and organoleptic characteristics.

We work the dough with leavening cycles between 48 and 72 hours to make our Roman pizza extremely digestible.
